       Once upon a time, there was a very foolish thief. One day, he wanted to steal the nice bell on his neighbour's door. He walked up to the door, took hold of the bell and pulled hard.        Mr White worked in London. He was a famous scientist. He was interested in noth ing except his work. He nearly forgot everything else when he was working.
       One afternoon, he received a telephone call; his only son was knocked down by a car in Paris. The young man's leg was seriously hurt and had to be put in the hospital.
