I know that Ms. Lee was always patient with you in math class. 从句中的 “be patient with”: 对… 注意:“课堂上” 英语需用in, 如:Don't talk in class.
She helped you to work out the answers yourself no matter how difficult they were.
He always took the time to explain things to me clearly whenever I couldn't understand anything. 任何时候只要我哪儿不明白,他总是花时问给我解释清楚。“take the time to do…”: 花时间去做…;
I put in more effort and my exam scores doubled. We must put in enough manpower if we want to complete the project in time.
Thank you for coming today to attend the graduation ceremony “thank sb. for sth.”:
I remember meeting all of you when you were just starting Grade 7 at this school.
You were all so full of energy and thirsty for knowledge. “be full of”: 充满…; “be thirsty for”: 渴望…。
But today I see a room full of talented young adults who are full of hope for the future.
Never fail to be thankful to the people around you.
Behind each door you open are chances to learn new things, 这是一个倒装句,句子的主语是chances to learn new things, 其中to learn new things是不定式作定语;you open是定语从句,修饰door。 Chances to learn new things are behind the door you open.
you have the ability to make your own choices. Choose wisely and be responsible for your decisions and actions. “have the ability to do”: 有能力做…; choose …

I am a student. The park is beautiful. The meeting is over.
      如: I work. You study.
      如:I study English.
My mother bought me a dictionary. 或 My mother bought a dictionary for me. My mother bought it for me.
We keep our classroom clean and tidy.

The Growth Of Our School
I have been headmaster of this school for exactly ten years, and I should like to take this opportunity to review some of the changes that have taken place during this period. Without any question this has been a period of expansion. Not only is it physically larger, in terms of buildings, staff and students, but our achievements in examinations have been considerable. All this is good cause for satisfaction.
I should like to deal with the building programme first. We have added six new classrooms: a biology laboratory, and because of the increase in the staff, an extra teachers' room: The physics laboratory has been re-equipped, and the gymnasium re-fitted with new equipments. We have acquired new playing-fields, and only last year we built a swimming-pool and two tennis courts.
Ten years ago we had a staff of thirty-two teachers, and four hundred and fifty students. Now we have forty-six teachers, and just over seven hundred students. This is not just an increase in numbers.
Ten years ago, an average of twelve to fifteen students went on to university. Now the number is about forty. I like to think, it is due largely to our change in teaching methods.
As many of you are aware, in this part of the country we are regarded as a model school, and I hope that our reputation for good teaching --- will continue to grow.
